Terms and Conditions  −  Seussical - The Musical

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Tickets cost is $10 per adult and $5 for children under 18 years old. Tickets can be purchased by anyone interested in seeing this school production, including those whose children are not currently enrolled at Thomas Carr College. No refunds will be given for any ticketholder who decides to not attend the show for their own reason or personal circumstance.
The College reserves the right to cancel the show without prior notice. In the event the College cancels a performance, ticketholders will be refunded the cost of their tickets only; no compensation for other losses or inconvenience to ticketholders will be provided by the College for cancelling a performance without prior notice and/or due to unforeseeable incidents or circumstances beyond the school's control.

2. The College recommends that any parents, guardians, other adults and students wishing to attend the performance for either night should pre-book online. This will indicate to patrons, and the College, whether seats are still available for the three shows.

3. The College does not guarantee that tickets will be available for purchase at the venue on the night of each show.

4. When you have completed your online booking, please print all your tickets, including students, as confirmation of your booking. Patrons will be required to show their ticket to gain entry to the auditorium.

5. The College will not be able to reprint or issue tickets, receipts or other proof of booking, for patrons, under any circumstances.

6. Patrons should arrive at the venue by 6.45pm to be seated. The performance is scheduled to start at 7.00pm sharp.

7. The doors to the auditorium will be closed at 7.00pm or when the performance starts, so patrons who arrive late may not be able to enter the auditorium at all (if there are no door ushers in attendance) or until a suitable pause in the show will mean their entry does not disrupt the performers on stage.

8. Patrons are not allowed to consume food or drinks inside the auditorium at any time before, after or during the performance.

9. The College will not be held liable for any harm or distress caused to any patron by the content, nature or visual effects produced by the show’s staging or production techniques.

10. It is parents’ responsibility, not that of the College, to determine if the show’s content and staging is suitable for their children to watch.

11. Small children may be required to sit on their parent's lap, if seats are needed for older patrons.

12. Young children must remain with their parents during the show, so as not to disturb other patrons or the performers.

Please contact the Head of Drama, Mr Matthew Morse, on 8734 2444 if you require further information about the content and nature of this production, or the Events Team 8734 2444 for any booking enquiries.
