The on-campus days at Marsden Park are subject to review by College leadership if minimum numbers are not reached and will be communicated well in advance. There is a maximum number of tickets/spaces available and once these are gone a waitlist will be offered. If you have booked and are then unable to attend, please cancel your tickets as early as possible to allow others from the waitlist to be given the opportunity to attend.

The attraction day at Luna Park has no mimimum or maximum numbers and will proceed regardless of weather. This day includes an offer of pre-booked discounted Unlimited Rides passes. DE students require an Accompanying Supervisor/parent to enter Luna Park with them to provide supervision and assistance. Any Unlimited Rides passes purchased at the gate are ~$65 for children / ~$75 for adult, which may also be suitable for family members wanting to attend. Optional self-paid passive attractions (not rides), experiences and food are available when you arrive (Dream Circus, Sonic Neon and sideshow games).

Luna Park Sydney tickets and products are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for error or change of mind. All Guests assume the inherent risks associated with the operation of all Attractions and must read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. No accommodation or transport are provided by the College. These must be arranged by each family to be at the correct location for each day being attended. Both Marsden Park and Luna Park Sydney are all-weather venues, so this day will proceed regardless of the weather on the day. Bring a poncho/raincoat if it is forecast to be wet.
