The Purchaser of the Bowral Historical Walking Tour (BHWT) ticket or the ticket holder, whether individual or part of a group booking, agrees to the following conditions:

BHWT reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time, absolutely, without penalty, for any reason. All ticket holders will be notified via the ticket booking contact details given at time of booking.
BWHT will not be liable for any potential loss, loss of enjoyment or damage attributed to such cancellation.

BHWT will accept cancellations & offer a full refund when 24 hours notice or more is given via the BHWT contact email listed on the booking platform. Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will result in no refund being given.
Once the tour has begun, refunds will not be available if a ticket holder has to pull out for any reason.

The ticket holders embark on the tour at their own risk, absolutely.

BHWT will not be liable or responsible at law for the illness, injury or death of any ticket holder or groups under their control or for any damage to personal possessions caused by or partly caused by any negligent act or omission of BHWT or its employees.

BHWT reserves the right to refuse its services without advising any reason.

BHWT may take photographs, video recordings, images of tour participants without requiring their approval. Such images or comments may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. Similarly, written comments by participants may be used for promotional purposes without seeking additional consent from participants.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
