By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Eastern 3x3 Cup may use email and social media (including Facebook & Instagram) to promote and publicise the Event, which includes the use of images of players and attendees.

Regarding the use of images:

- We will not use the name of a child without the written consent of a parent or guardian.
- We will not share personal information such as residential address, email address or telephone numbers.
- We will not display information about hobbies, likes/dislikes, etc.
- We will only use appropriate images of the child, relevant to the sport or activity.
- We will clearly outline in a written contract to photographers who are contracted or paid to take photos, who will retain the images taken, include arrangements made for negatives, digital file and proofs and outline any restrictions for use and sale.

If you have any concerns with the publication of any images or would like an image removed, please contact our Manager by email koonung@kcbc.asn.au.
