Terms and Conditions  −  Aerial Yoga

By booking and attending our aerial yoga classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health and Safety: Students must inform the instructor or organiser before the class if they have any significant injuries, illnesses, or physical conditions that could impact their ability to safely participate in aerial yoga.
Participation is at the student’s own risk, and the instructor may adjust or modify exercises to ensure safety.

2. Clothing and Comfort: Students are encouraged to wear fitted, stretchy clothing that covers the underarms and knees to prevent fabric burns and ensure comfort.
Avoid wearing jewellery, zippers, or accessories that may damage the hammocks.

3. Class Packs and Expiry
- 4-Class Packs must be used within 4 weeks from the date of the first booking.
- 10-Class Packs must be used within 6 weeks from the date of the first booking.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits will expire after the stated time frame.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your booked session, you must notify the organiser at least 4 hours before the class start time.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in the session being counted as used, and you will need to rebook and pay for a new session to attend.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Students who arrive late are requested to wait until the initial meditation has finished before entering the room to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants.

6. Studio Policies
Mobile phones must be silenced or kept away during the class to maintain focus and a calm environment.
Respect for the instructor, fellow students, and equipment is expected at all times.

7. Equipment Use and Liability
Students are responsible for using the equipment as instructed. Misuse of equipment may result in injury or damage, for which the student will be held accountable.
The studio is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

8. Refunds and Class Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for missed classes unless due to unforeseen circumstances communicated to the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and class credits will not be affected.

9. Photography and Media Release
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organiser in advance.

10. Assumption of Risk
By participating in aerial yoga classes, students acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of injury. The studio and instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during the class unless caused by gross negligence.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to seeing you in class!
