However the presenters are not responsible for errors or omissions or for any consequences from the application of the information presented and make no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the currency, completeness, or accuracy of the contents of the information presented. It is the responsibility of the attending practitioner, relying on independent experience and knowledge of the patient, to determine the best treatment and method of application for the patient. This seminar is designed to educate and instruct chiropractors on paediatric management, essentially to create better clinical outcomes for paediatric patients. That said, AHPRA advertising guidelines do not allow practitioners to claim that chiropractic can help with specific paediatric conditions. It is very important therefore that you are aware of your legal obligations with any claims you make when looking after the health of children. If you are unsure, we suggest you make yourself familiar with the AHPRA website and current regulations. http://www.medicalboard.gov.au/Codes-Guidelines-Policies/Guidelines-for-advertising-regulated-health-services.aspx
