Ticket
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. All the tickets will be scanned at the door and their bar-codes will be checked for validity including child tickets. Each bar-code can only be used once to enter and copied tickets will be rejected. Event organisers are not responsible for third party ticket re-sales and only honour the original owners of the ticket unless advised in writing to the organisers, 48 hours prior to the event.
5. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, RIDMA Foundation Inc., is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact info@ridma.org.au
6. Proof of age may be requested.
7. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
8. Patrons two to sixteen years old must hold a valid child ticket. Prams and baby capsules are not permitted in the auditorium.
Refunds
1. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds. Refunds will not be offered due to personal circumstances.
2. Latecomers will have to wait to be seated. There will be no refunds.
3. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund
4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and in such event, refunds will be at the discretion of the management.
5. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons, excluding fees. Proof of purchase will be required for the refunding of tickets.
6. If the event is postponed, a new date is announced subject to availability.
Food
1. Dinner/Food can be purchased at the venue.
2. The venue has strict NO food policy inside the Auditorium however can be served at foyer area.
3. If this is a BYO event or alcohol can be purchased at the event. Please practice responsible drinking/serving of alcohol at all times and abides by the Liquor Licensing Commission’s Regulations.
Others
1. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
2. The use of cameras, tripods, monopods or other recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
3. Patrons shall be aware the venue may use strobes, flashing lights, loud music and smoke effects during the performance.
4. Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules and enter the venue at their own risk.
5. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event and use these in promotional material.
6. COVID-19 - The organizers will be guided by Government directions or regulations at the time of the event. At the time of the event if you or anyone in your group is subject to self-quarantine and or are feeling unwell you agree not to attend the event.
7. In the case of an Emergency please follow the direction of venue staff and event staff.
8. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
9. All parking is at your own risk.
