Conditions For entrants:
-All vehicles driven during the event must be registered (or CPS) roadworthy and in safe condition.
-No refunds will be issued for non-attendance
-Entrant ticket must be presented otherwise entry may be refused.
-The committee has the right to refuse entry
-For safety reasons and judging, all cars must remain stationary at Riverside park until after presentations (approx 1:30pm Sun)
-Parking at Riverside park for the "Show & Shine" is as directed by the Marshalls as the venue has a limited capacity. Gates will be closed at 9:30 or when capacity is reached.
-Images of entrants and/or their vehicles may be used in publications, websites, social media, press releases, and promotional purposes at the discretion of the organisers.
-Anti-hoon Policy- The Mallee Cruisers Car Club Inc. request and expect that all drivers obey the road rules and drive sensibly during the weekend. Failure to do so will result in expulsion from participation in the remainder of the event.
The event is an all weather event and will go ahead rain, hail or shine.
-As voluntary, non profit making organisation the Mallee Cruisers car club inc committee, members and any volunteers assisting cannot be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property or persons before, during and after the event.
-All ticket holders are nearby informed that they take park in any and all the activities at their own risk. It is assumed that any person under the age of 18 taking part in any activity do so with the full knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
-By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the conditions of entry as outlined and understand you are attending at you own risk and have drawn these conditions to the attention of any other person attending the event with you.
