Terms and conditions for our events are as follows:
• For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser".
• By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to event date can receive a ticket refund. No refund for late cancellations. Contact the event organiser to advise of cancellation and to request refund.
• Full name and email address is required for all event attendees. Data collected is for event communications only, attendees can opt out at any time. The event organiser will send short surveys following the event for feedback.
• Attendees must be present at the event to claim any raffle or lucky door prizes drawn at the event.
• Attendees cannot claim prizes on behalf of someone else who is not in attendance.
• Attendees can only claim one major prize (value over AUD$1000). Should they win a second major prize at the same event, there is to be a re-draw, however the original winner can choose which prize they prefer.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
