Welcome to RUKHA Breathwork. We value our time and energy as much as we respect yours. By booking a session with us, you expressly agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them to ensure a smooth and beneficial experience for both parties.
Contraindications Acknowledgment: I understand that if I book a session and have any of the contraindications stated below (please review the list provided), my appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained by RUKHA.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We do not accept cancellations and no refunds are provided for cancellations under any circumstances.
To reschedule your appointment, a 48 hours' notice is mandatory. Reach out via email rukhabreathwork@hotmail.com. Do not attempt to cancel a session via social media platforms, that will be void.
Failing to provide the 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to the full cost of your appointment, irrespective of the reason for rescheduling, or non-attendance.
Excessive Rescheduling: We understand that life events may sometimes necessitate the rescheduling of an appointment. However, we do limit the number of times an appointment can be rescheduled to maintain the integrity of our schedule and to respect both our time and yours. Any client who reschedules the same appointment more than twice will have their appointment automatically cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Lateness Policy:
Please respect my time and the time of other participants and kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your session's scheduled start.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in the appointment's cancellation and a charge equal to the full session cost, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Sessions run on time and cannot be interrupted once started.
No Show: Missing your appointment without prior notice will incur the full session cost.
Liability Waiver: Before your first session, you're required to sign a liability waiver, acknowledging the potential risks and benefits of the session. Failing to do so may result in session cancellation without a refund.
Safety and Health: Inform us of any health changes or conditions that might affect or be affected by your session. It's essential for ensuring your safety and the effectiveness of the session.
Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session with RUKHA, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your appointment and/or additional charges.
