If your circumstances change and your group cannot play, we would appreciate if you could find a replacement group but if this is not possible a full refund will be provided up until 7 days before the event. Alternatively, you may wish to make a donation of your entry fee.

Within 7 days of the event if a replacement group is not provided or the organizing Committee cannot fill your place the entry fee will be forfeited and taken as a donation.

If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizing committee players will be offered a refund or an opportunity to roll over their booking, should an alternative date be arranged.
