Weston Workers Club Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets for events ("Events") held at Weston Workers Club ("WWC") through our website ("Website"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by WWC.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process.
Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold for commercial purposes. WWC reserves the right to cancel any ticket suspected of being resold.
Tickets may be delivered electronically or physically, depending on the Event.
3. Event Information & Changes
WWC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all Event information displayed on the Website. However, WWC is not liable for any errors or omissions.
WWC reserves the right to change the Event program, including the supporting acts, running times, and seating arrangements, without prior notice.
4. Admission
A valid ticket is required for admission to the Event.
WWC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who disrupts the Event or poses a safety risk.
Age restrictions may apply to certain Events. Please refer to the Event information for details.
5. Lost or Damaged Tickets
WWC is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
In some cases, replacement tickets may be issued at the discretion of WWC, upon presentation of valid identification and proof of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
WWC is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your ticket purchase or attendance at the Event.
This includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses, lost wages, or personal injury.
7. Photography & Filming
Audio and video recording of the Event is strictly prohibited unless authorized by WWC.
WWC may take photographs and videos of the Event for promotional purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to your image being captured and used in such materials.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WWC regarding ticket purchases.
10. Amendments
WWC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately.
