This will be a catered event for lunch.

The cancellation policy for this training event is as follows:

Refund of 75% of payment if you give more than 28 days notice.
Refund of 50% of payment if you give 14 -28 days notice.
No refund will be given if you give less than 14 days notice.

Please note that this policy applies to ALL cancellations including those that are due to unexpected illness of the ticket holder or dependent family members of the ticket holder. Requests for exceptions will be declined.

Shane Jeffrey reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the unlikely event that there be insufficient attendees by close of registration, sudden illness of facilitator or any other unforeseen event preventing the workshop to be delivered on the dates as scheduled. Refunds will be issued to all registered parties in these instances.
