Terms and Conditions  −  Term 3 2024 - Junior Soccer Program

By enrolling your child in the Loftus Recreation Centre Junior Activities Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to be credited or refunded.
Exceptions may be made for cancellations due to medical reasons with the provision of a valid medical certificate or proof of COVID-19 infection.

Membership Discount:

All Loftus members are entitled to a 10% discount on program fees, which will be applied to their membership pay cycle.

Medical Assistance Authorisation:

In the event of an accident or illness suffered by your child, the organizers of the Loftus Recreation Centre Junior Activities Program are authorised to obtain necessary medical assistance on your behalf.
You agree to reimburse organisers for any expenses incurred in obtaining medical assistance.
Responsibility for Accidents and Property Loss:

While all care will be taken, Loftus Recreation Centre staff and program leaders are not responsible for accidents or loss of property connected with a child's participation in the program.

Assumption of Risk:

You understand and agree that your child participates in the program at their own risk.
Belgravia Leisure and its staff are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property, except in cases where Belgravia Leisure fails to render services with due care and skill or supplies materials unfit for their intended purpose.

Refund Policy:

Prepaid sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except for medical reasons with an accompanying doctor's certificate.

Credit for Future Sessions:

Credit for future sessions may be granted at the discretion of management.

By enrolling your child in the Loftus Recreation Centre Junior Activities Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
