Registrations are allocated and guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment

Cancellation by you
You may cancel at any time although you will only receive a refund of the fee if your spot can be filled with another person. Frost will make best endeavours to re-sell your spot.

Cancellation by Frost
Frost reserves the right to alter or cancel any workshop for reasons including, but not limited to, too few participants, adverse weather, tutor illness or logistical problems. If any workshop has to be cancelled you will be advised and your workshop fee will be fully refunded to you within 14 days.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
