Cancellations :
Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non refundable. You may however transfer the ticket to another player.

Cancellations within 16 and 30 days before the event incur a 10% fee of the paid investment.

Media clearance :
We take videos and photos during the session. These may be used for advertising and shared on social media or our website. Please make sure you ticked NO if this is not allowed.

Weather :
If in the event it is not safe to train we will reschedule the session or issue a credit note to the buyer.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
