Talent Release Agreement
By registering to the event, attendees give permission for UMNT Inc. to use my name and photographs, video or audio recordings of myself / my child for marketing and promotional purposes including but not limited to printed publications, newsletters, posters, advertisements, websites, social media, television commercials, billboards, and cinema and radio advertisements.

The permission will continue until I revoke permission in writing to UMNT Inc. In the situation where permission is revoked, every effort will be made to remove the image from future distribution; however this may not be possible or practical in some situations.

Attendees will be automatically subscribed to UMNT emailing and phone list.

Waiver of Liability
By registering to the event, attendees hereby agree to release, discharge, waive and hold harmless UMNT Inc. and its employees, agents, instructors, board members, volunteers, staff, leadership, owners or advisors for any lost property, incident, actions or conduct resulting in personal injury, accident, or illness to themselves or their participating children, not limited to negligence, gross negligence, and recklessness when arriving at, staying in and departing from the venue.

By purchasing tickets, attendees declare that they have carefully read and voluntarily agreed to this waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and meaning as a full waiver of all claims, liability, and indemnity against the UMNT Inc., or any of its employees, agents, instructors, board members, volunteers, staff, leadership, owners or advisors. Attendees also hereby agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the UMNT Inc.
