Cancellations and transfers are accepted prior to the clinic, as stated below, provided the requests are submitted in writing to communications@mswa.asn.au.

Cancellations – Permitted, refunds offered.
Transfers – Permitted.

Cancellations – Not permitted*
Transfers – Permitted*

*In some circumstances, we may be able to offer you a place in a future clinic, however, these places will only be offered at the last minute, if the clinic has not been sold out. We are not obliged to offer this service.

Participants will be informed of any cancellations or changes to the clinic.

Participants must be able to swim a minimum amount of distance before entering into the clinics. If you are unsure, please contact Masters Swimming Wa for more information.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
