By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

No Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Festival of YOU. By purchasing a ticket to the Festival of YOU, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once a purchase has been made.

Event Changes: The Festival of YOU reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or location without notice. These changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or any other form of compensation.

Transferable Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Festival of YOU is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. The Festival of YOU is not responsible for any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Force Majeure: The Festival of YOU is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, and natural disasters. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. Should there be any health and safety regulations or restrictions in place, the Festival of YOU will comply with all guidelines. No refunds will be issued due to any such restrictions.

Code of Conduct: The Festival of YOU promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Privacy Policy: Personal information collected will be used for event purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

By participating in the Festival of YOU, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: Participation in any festival activities, including but not limited to fitness classes, wellness workshops, and other physical or movement-based activities, involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Festival of YOU, its organisers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, "the Festival") are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in any festival activities.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you consent to receive necessary medical treatment and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
Personal Property: The Festival is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all festival rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Festival staff and representatives.

Fitness & Health Waiver

To participate in any fitness or movement-based activities at the Festival of YOU, you must agree to the following:

Physical Fitness: You certify that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions or disabilities that would prevent you from safely participating in fitness or movement-based activities. You have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.

Medical Clearance: If you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, joint or bone problems, or any other medical condition that could be exacerbated by physical activity, you agree to obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before participating in any fitness activities.

Voluntary Participation: Your participation in any fitness or movement-based activity is voluntary. You understand the nature of these activities and accept the risks involved.

Informed Consent: You understand that fitness activities can be physically demanding and may involve the risk of injury. You agree to listen to your body, pace yourself, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.

Waiver of Claims: You release and hold harmless the Festival, its organizers, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from your participation in fitness or movement-based activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.

By participating in the Festival of YOU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Liability Policy and Fitness & Health Waiver. You understand that this is a legally binding document and that your participation is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
