This booking enables the registered and named person to attend the Mental Health First Aid Program (MHFA) being offered by Critical Factors.

To gain accreditation in MHFA this person must attend the entire program. Failure to attend the entire program may result in a participant being unable to be certified in MHFA.

Cancellations with full refund must be made 10 working days prior to the program commencing. Refunds will be processed within 21 calendar days of the request for a refund.

Cancellations made between 10 and 5 working days before the commencement dates are refunded at 70%. (i.e. 30% cancellation fee).

Cancellation made between 4 and 3 working days prior to commencement are refunded at 50% (i.e. 50% cancellation fee)

Cancellation with 48 hours of commencement are non refundable.

Dietary requirements are catered for at Critical Factors Events. You will be asked for any specific dietary requirements once registration and payment has taken place. Dietary requirements need to be provided to us 72 hours prior to course commencement to guarantee satisfaction. All risks associated by allergies and dietary requirements are a matter between our venue provider and our participants.
