TRANSFERS
If you’ve booked but can’t attend, it’s fine for another person to attend in your place as long as you let us know beforehand.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Should you wish to cancel your booking, no refund will be available, unless applied at our discretion.

FEES
We may charge an administration fee to transfer or cancel your booking.

CHANGES TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event of cancellation of this event, our liability is limited to the refund of face value of the tickets excluding any credit card fees and booking/handling fees.
We may alter the times, dates, and content of this event without notice to you at any time.
While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, we will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.

SEAT ALLOCATION
There are no dedicated seat numbers to your ticket. Seating on show day is based on First Come, First Served.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to show timings.

DOOR SALES
If any tickets available on show day they will be sold at the door at a higher rate than online tickets.

Ticket Holders are expected to follow the guidelines provided by Event Organiser strictly and failure to do so will require the ticket holder to leave the venue immediately with no refunds. Ticket holder is forbidden from using any recording equipments during the show without express consent from the Event Organiser.
