1. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com

3. You warrant that you have the authority to make payment for your ticket and that you own/hold or have express permission of the owner/holder of the credit card or other payment facility used to purchase the ticket.

4. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented upon entry. No entry will be granted without a ticket.

5. No external food, beverages, drugs or alcohol are permitted into the venue.

8. Churchie reserves the right to check all bags upon entry.

9. Churchie reserves the right to refuse entry, and/or ask patrons who are noisy, intoxicated or unruly to leave the premises at any time.

10. Churchie has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.

11. You enter the venue at your own risk and understand that attendance at any event and/or the venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.

12. By attending the event, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the venue. This includes damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other ticketholders, visitors, guests, and the employees and agents of Churchie and the Entertainment.

13. By purchasing this ticket, you accept that the School cannot issue you a refund for any circumstance once we have submitted final numbers.

14. Churchie does not offer refunds as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. Churchie will only provide a refund if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, significantly relocated, or as otherwise required by law.
