Terms and Conditions for the Decipher Your Self-Code Workshop

Welcome to the Decipher Your Self-Code Workshop. By registering for and attending this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Registration: All participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate and current information.
1.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payment can be made via the methods specified on our registration page.
1.3. Confirmation: Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of the workshop.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellations by Participant: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Cancellations by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

3. Participation
3.1. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the workshop.
3.2. Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and the facilitators. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
3.3. Confidentiality: Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by others during the workshop.

4. Inclusions
4.1. What’s Included: The workshop fee includes morning tea, lunch, a comprehensive 60-page workbook, lifetime access to the Decipher Your Self-Code program online, community access, and the opportunity to be allocated an accountability partner (if desired).
4.2. Dietary Requirements: Participants with specific dietary requirements must inform the organizer at least 7 days before the workshop.

5. Liability
5.1. Personal Liability: The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.
5.2. Medical Conditions: Participants are responsible for managing their own medical conditions and must inform the organizer of any relevant health issues that may affect their participation.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Materials: All workshop materials, including the workbook and online content, are the intellectual property of the organizer and are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission from the organizer.

7. Privacy
7.1. Data Protection: The organizer will collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering for the workshop, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the workshop and providing you with information about future events and services.

8. Amendments
8.1. Changes to Terms: The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
