Should you need to cancel or postpone your ticket , the following will apply: a refund will be give up to 10 days prior, you may change the name of the ticket, after 10 days prior no refund will be given

Should you need to cancel your ticket as government imposed COVID-19 restrictions* do not permit you to attend the event, RBYC will refund any deposits paid in full with an doctors certificate minus any costs incurred
to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate alterations or dietary restrictions beyond providing a vegetarian/ vegan/GF/dairy free option, due to the carefully curated menu & volume of guest attending
