In the event that the ride needs to be cancelled with no alternative date provided then a full refund will be issued.
In the event that the event has to be rescheduled, due to weather or other issues, the rider will have the option to transfer their entry to the new date or if the new date does not work then they will be issued with a refund of the entry fee less any third party processing fees (2.5% of entry + $0.50) that are incurred by the organiser.
Waiver required to be signed on the day before the event starts.
Helmets are mandatory.
