- Tickets are non-refundable.
- All ticket holders will need to present their ticket for scanning on entry to the event (either paper or on phone).
- Tickets may be transferred to another person after purchase, please contact the Event Organiser to arrange name changes.
- Tickets may be upgraded after purchase (dependent on availability), please contact the Event Organiser to arrange ticket upgrades.
- The event will not be cancelled due to weather. If the event is unable to be held due to weather conditions, this will result in a postponement to a date in 2025 with all tickets transferred to this date.

COVID-19 additional venue entry conditions:

Should the event be postponed due to COVID-19 Public Health directions, all tickets will be transferred to the date of postponement. Patrons will be offered a refund if they are unable to attend the postponed event date. Tickets may also be transferred to another person.

This event will comply with all Queensland Health advice and Queensland Public Health directions in force at the time of the event must be followed.
Do not attend or enter the venue if you have:
- in the previous 14 days returned to Australia from overseas (other than a safe travel zone country)
- been in close contact with an active COVID-19 case or been in a Queensland declared COVID-19 hotspot, place of concern, or exposure venue, as defined by the Chief Health Officer or have had a fever, cough, sore throat, headache, distorted sense of taste, shortness of breath, chills, vomiting, or any cold or flu like symptoms in the last 72 hours.

When attending an event, you agree to:
- adhere to physical distancing requirements and practice good hygiene by coughing or sneezing into your elbow
- wash hands and sanitise regularly
- follow directions of all staff, security and police
- follow all signage and markers on the floor, pathways, fences and structures throughout the venue

- cashless payments methods will be used and encouraged at this event

By attending the event, you acknowledge:
- you have considered the risk of COVID-19 and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have prior to your attendance
- the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons displaying signs of COVID-19 or who fail to comply with these conditions of entry
- the venue reserves the right to remove patrons from the venue displaying signs of COVID-19 or who fail to comply with these conditions of entry
- where a patron is refused entry to or removed from the venue, no refund will be made available unless exceptional circumstances apply
you consent to your information being provided to QLD Health for contact tracing purposes.
