Upon Arrival:
- Please ensure you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure time.
- Please present to the Booking Clerk (within Healesville Station Booking Office). Your Trybooking e-Tickets do not need to be printed.
- The Booking Clerk will provide you with your souvenir heritage-style Edmondson Ticket.
- Do not board the train until the Guard invites you onboard.

Health:
- If you are unwell or have any cold of flu-like symptoms, please stay home and rest, we look forward to you travelling with us on another occasion; please contact tickets@yvr.com.au if you need to change your booking.

Refunds / Changing of booking details or time
- All refunds or changes to bookings must be arranged via email – please contact: tickets@yvr.com.au

Services may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.
