By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from NVC Group.

The ticket holders purchasing cyclist tickets will ensure:
* that you attend the pre-cycle briefing
* that you must take care to avoid injury or damage to yourself and others
* that you fully assume all risks associated with your ride, known and unknown, and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages you incur as a result of your ride
* that a responsible adult will accompany all minors (under 16).
* that your bike is in good working order for the event,
* that you wear a bike helmet
* that you agree to obey all directions from event officials and adhere to road rules
* that road traffic has the right of way, where there is shared road use
* that you are in good health, have sufficient fitness and skill, and are in proper physical and mental condition to participate in the ride

Ticket holders consent to the use of any photos taken at the event, for promotional or publicity for NVC Group unless they state no in the ticket information provided during booking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
