Terms and Conditions, Returns and Refund Rules:
Mount Paranormal Investigations has No refund/Credit for the following:

Change of Mind, or time doesn't suit, or wrongly booked.
No show at the purchased investigation
A person has been removed from the investigation for being intoxicated or unacceptable behaviour
A guest refuses to sign a waiver form at the start of the investigation

When a credit may be issued:

If Mount Paranormal investigations cancels your event for unforeseen circumstances then another date can be chosen or a credit will be given
If due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accident that stops the guest from attending and we have been notified within 5 days from the date of the investigation then a credit maybe offered depending on the circumstance.
