"Glow Up" Youth Disco Terms and Conditions
1. Age Requirements
• Participants must be aged between 12 and 17 years old at the time of the event.
• Proof of age may be required upon entry.
2. Parental/Guardian Consent
• By registering for the event, it is assumed that all participants aged 12 have obtained parental or guardian consent.
• Participants using the free event buses from Rochester, Kyabram, Tongala, and Bendigo to the event and back are also assumed to have obtained parental or guardian consent by registering.
3. Registration
• While "Glow Up" is a free event, participants must register in advance to secure their spot.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited, and no reservations will be held without registration.
• Registration is non-transferable.
4. Code of Conduct
• Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and event staff.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
• Participants must follow the instructions of event staff at all times.
5. Health and Safety
• Participants must inform event organisers of any medical conditions or special needs at the time of registration.
• In case of an emergency, event staff will follow the emergency contact and medical instructions provided by the parent/guardian.
6. Liability
• The event organisers will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, they are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless it is caused by their negligence.
• Participants and their guardians agree to indemnify the event organisers against any claims or liabilities arising from the participant's actions.
7. Media Consent
• By attending the "Glow Up" youth disco, participants and their guardians consent to being photographed or filmed, and for these images or videos to be used for promotional purposes by the event organisers.
• Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform event staff or photographers on the day of the event. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests.

8. Event Changes
• The event organisers reserve the right to change the date, location, or program of the event. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
9. Accessibility
• The "Glow Up" youth disco aims to be inclusive and accessible to all young people. Please inform the organisers of any accessibility needs at the time of registration.
10. Privacy
• The information contained in this form is collected to progress your request. This information may be disclosed to third parties if deemed necessary. The information in this form will be used in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Victoria). 11. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
