Early bird registrations close 10th November 2022. 
Registrations can not be transferred between the in-person event and Virtual Spotlight. Should you no longer wish to attend in person, the cancellation terms below will apply and a new registration for the Virtual Spotlight can be made. 
Each registered ticket is valid for one person only. No split or shared registrations. 
Attendees must be registered and paid in one booking to qualify for discounted group rates.
Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and the cancellation policy will apply.
A $50 per ticket administration fee applies to name changes requested less than 2 weeks prior to the event. 
For cancellations, including change of mind, the following terms apply:
Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the event will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. 
Cancellations made between 28 and 15 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fees
Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
