Terms and Conditions for Fairy Party Workshop

2. Eligibility:
- This workshop is designed for children aged 2-5 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

3. Registration and Payment:
- Pre-registration is required to secure a spot.
- Payment must be made at the time of registration.

4. Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 before the event or for no-shows.

5. Safety and Supervision:
- An adult guardian must supervise children at all times. The workshop organisers will not be responsible for supervising children.
- All activities are designed to be safe for young children, but guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety and wellbeing.

6. Health and Allergies:
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your child’s participation in the workshop.
- First aid kits will be available on-site, but it is advisable for guardians to bring any necessary medications or medical supplies.

7. Behaviour:
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow the instructions of the workshop facilitators.
- The organisers reserve the right to ask participants or guardians to leave the event if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Media Release:
- By attending the workshop, you consent to the use of any photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event staff.

9. Weather Conditions:
- The workshop will proceed as scheduled unless severe weather conditions force a cancellation. In the case of cancellation due to weather, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a rescheduling or refund will be offered.

10. Liability:
- The workshop organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the event. Participants and guardians attend at their own risk.
