All retreats require a non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking.
Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred either to another course or individual.
Full Payment is required four (4) weeks prior to the retreat commencement date. It is your responsibility to arrange this final payment with us by either paying over the phone, 1300 090 987 or direct bank transfer with your name, Retreat code HWL Example: Mary Smith HWL

2. Full or part payment – This course cost minus the deposit may be transferred to another retreat, only if your position on the retreat can be filled by someone else. It is advisable to notify us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of us finding a replacement.
