Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets for the Victorian Dressage Festival are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

If the main presenter, Steffen Peters, cancels or is replaced, ticket holders are entitled to a refund if they do not wish to attend the festival or watch the replacement presenter.

In the event of Steffen Peters' cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and those seeking refunds must submit their written request for a refund within 48 hours of the announcement.

Refunds will not be made if the written request is not received within 48 hours of the notice of cancelation

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
