By entering the Gymnastics Stars Event, you agree that the committee, coaches, assistants and judges shall be released from, and shall not incur, any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any incident or injury to the participant, or for any damage to or loss of property of the participant. I further authorise The East Gippsland Gymnastics Club to obtain medical assistance in the case of an accident or emergency and I agree to bear all costs thereby incurred.

I give permission for the East Gippsland Gymnastics Club to use written quotes, photographs, slide, video of my child for marketing, public relations, and instructional purposes.

Please arrive 5-10min early for your allocated session time as the sessions will start on time.

Please don't print off your ticket - we will have a list of names of attendee's. Save the tree's!

Please bring a water bottle for each child.

Please dress your child/ren in comfortable sport clothes or leotards. No dresses, skirts, tights, jeans please.

Long hair must be tied up. No dangly jewellery to be worn (stud earrings ok).
