TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and all event terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, will apply.
• A $50 change fee applies where changes to attendee names are requested. Changes will be applied on receipt of payment.
• For cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the event will not be eligible for any refund.
• Access is provided for the registered individual only. Access details are unique to you and cannot be shared. Sharing access details will compromise your access to the platform and your registration will be cancelled. You will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
• Where access details are not received, it is the responsibility of the registered attendee to contact admin@illumelearning.com.au
• All access will cease on 31st October at 11:59pm AEST. No extensions will be available under any circumstances.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
