IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Should COVID related restrictions come into place, either local or greater Sydney, prior to the event causing postponement, the P&C will take all reasonable steps to reschedule before the end of the year (2024).

Should the alternative date result in ticket holders no longer being able to attend the event, ticket holders have the following options:
- donate their ticket cost to the P&C/school, or
- ask for a refund, minus the Try Booking site booking fee.

Should the P&C be unable to secure an alternative date and/or venue, or COVID restrictions continue, the P&C will cancel the event.
In that case ticket holders can opt to:
- donate their ticket money to the P&C/school
- ask for a refund, minus the Try Booking site booking fee.
