These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organized by The Next Step Performing Arts. By purchasing and/or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Use:

Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual(s) named on the ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organizer, in which case refunds will be issued in accordance with the organiser's refund policy.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Event Admission:

Admission to the event is subject to compliance with venue rules and regulations, as well as any additional terms and conditions specified by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate without refund.

Photography and Filming:

By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. You agree that the organiser may use such photographs, videos, or recordings without further authorisation or compensation.

Liability:

The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property howsoever caused, unless directly attributable to the organiser's negligence or wilful misconduct.
You attend the event at your own risk, and the organiser shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss suffered as a result of your attendance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the event program, venue, or lineup without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and issue refunds or offer alternative arrangements as appropriate.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The organiser reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the organiser's website or other official channels.

By purchasing and/or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not purchase or use a ticket for the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
