Well played sensory create sensory play setups that use food based products, small and loose parts and food dye. Where applicable, Well Played sensory will notify clients about ingredients used in play. Well played sensory takes no responsibility for any accidents or allergic reactions that may occur during the sessions.

I understand/ consent to these products are included in sensory play sessions/ parties and events.

I will disclose any allergies my child has in writing BEFORE sessions commence.

Well played sensory create sensory play setups that can be messy. We do not take any responsibility for any damage to clothing or personal items when participating in a session/ party or event. It is our suggestion that participants wear clothing that is old, inexpensive or stained.

I understand/ consent that participants will get messy and therefore will be dressed appropriately.

Well played sensory run unstructured and free play sessions. It is the caregivers responsibility to ensure they take full care of the child participating in the session to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

I understand/ consent to supervise my child for the entirety of sessions and step in if they are not conducting themselves in a safe/ respectful manner.

I understand that if myself or my child is unwell, we will not attend our booked session. A credit will be arranged if notified within a 12 hour period.

I understand that sessions will be held outside where possible, unless of extreme weather.
I consent that staff members of Well played may take photos of my child to use for marketing purposes.

Well played reserves the right to cancel any class that has less than 4 attendees. If we cancel a class in accordance with this provision, we will issue a credit against your account, to be used for future classes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
