Term of Use and Venue Entry Conditions
Refunds
In the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or owing changes to COVID-19 restrictions the ticket will be refunded excluding fees.
Proof of purchase will be required for the refunding of tickets.
If the event is postponed, a new date is announced subject to availability.
Refunds will not be offered due to personal circumstances.
All the concert tickets will be scanned at the door and their bar-codes will be checked for validity including child tickets. Each bar-code can only be used once to enter and copied tickets will be rejected.
COVID-19
The organizers will be guided by Government directions or regulations at the time of the event.
At the time of the event if you or anyone in your group is subject to self-quarantine and or are feeling unwell you agree not to attend the event.
Conditions of Venue Requirements
In the case of an Emergency please follow the direction of venue staff and event staff.
The venue has strict NO food and drinks policy inside the Auditorium - For your convivence we have arranged food packs to be purchased at the venue. Again please remember NO food & drinks allowed inside the Auditorium.
1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organization responsible for presenting the event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and the venue where held.
2. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
3. The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and in such event, the patron will be obliged by all and any cancellation policy as applicable.
4. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the program.
5. The use of cameras, tripods, monopods or other recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
6. Patrons shall be aware the venue may use strobes, flashing lights, loud music and smoke effects during the performance.
7. Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules and enter the venue at their own risk.
8. Patrons two years and older must hold a valid ticket. Prams and baby capsules are not permitted in the auditorium.
9. The Joy Shepherd Performing Arts Centre at St Hilda's is a SMOKE FREE CAMPUS.
PARKING - The Joy Shepherd Performing Arts Centre at St Hilda's on-campus parking - All parking is at your own risk and DO NOT PARK ON NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES VERGE OR LAWNS - LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WILL INFRINGE ACCORDINGLY.
