- Media Consent: We may obtain photographs, videos, and audio recordings of workshop activities to share with the funding body, social media or to assist with any similar future workshop promotional materials. I grant permission for the event organisers to use my image, likeness, and/or voice for this purpose in any media format and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for such.
- receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser;
- adopt and demonstrate conduct that is respectful and inclusive at all times; and
- actively participate in and support other participants in the spirit of the event.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure we can start on time.
