Stall Holder Application - Terms and conditions

Access: 

Set up time will be from 2.00pm
All stalls must be set up by 3.00pm
All stalls and activities must conclude operation by 8.00pm 
No cars will be permitted onto the school grounds after 3.00pm
Parking is available in Heyington Place and surrounding streets but restricted parking rules may apply 
Limited underground parking will be available under the Early Learning Centre, by arrangement only 
Vehicles will not be permitted back into the School until after 8.00pm
Health and Safety: 

All Stall holders are required to have a valid Volunteer's Working with Children Check
All Stall holders are responsible for the safe operation of their equipment
All stalls will be viewed by the Property and Services Manager prior to operation to check for risks, ie trip hazards, sharp corners
Stall holders are required to follow instructions regarding the set up and operation of their stall  to comply with the School’s OHS expectations (further details of the St Catherine’s School OHS expectations are available upon request)
A stall holder’s car has access to the grounds, as above. Appropriate care must be taken when moving in and around the school grounds 
All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged appropriately and follow OHS regulations
St Catherine’s is a ‘nut aware’ school and, as a consequence, no products are permitted to contain nuts or nut products as an ingredient 
In the event of an emergency evacuation, all staff holders are required to disconnect power, if safe to do so, and report to the School Sports Field or space indicated
Stall holders are reminded of the importance of the safe handling and lifting of equipment and goods 
Stall holders that become aware of any safety issues are to report these to a staff member
Facilities: 

Site size includes approximately 1 x 1820 x 750mm standard trestle table 
St Catherine’s School will provide one trestle table, tablecloth(s) and chair
The site must be left free of any rubbish or equipment upon leaving.
Insurance: 

St Catherine’s School carries public liability insurance; however this does not cover personal liability as a result of your product, equipment or negligence. Store holders should carry their own insurance 
St Catherine’s School takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of stall holders’ equipment or products. 
Fees: 

Fees:  $100.00
The fee covers rental of stall space, trestle, tablecloth and chair. The PFA will also provide a laminated A4 sign for the front of the stall, to be attached as instructed at set up. This signage advertises your stall’s company name only
Notice of cancellation of your stall should be made within seven (7) days for partial refund of monies. The PFA reserves the right to retain 20% of the charge should this occur, unless cancelled by the School as a result of severe weather.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
