Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered final on submission of the booking form and all event terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, will apply.
Access is provided for the registered individual/s only. Access details are unique to you and cannot be shared. Sharing access details will compromise your access to the platform and your registration will be cancelled. You will not be eligible for a refund. 
A $50 change fee applies where changes to attendee names are requested. Changes will be applied on receipt of payment. 
All cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au. For cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, the following terms apply-
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be eligible for any refund. 
Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
Where access details are not received, it is the responsibility of the registered attendee to contact admin@illumelearning.com.au. Please check any junk/spam folders first. 
All access will cease on 30th November 2024 at 11:59pm AEST. No extensions will be available under any circumstances.
