General Entry Specific
Willinga Park – Conditions of Entry
1. No rubbish is to be left on the grounds of the property.
2. Footwear must be worn at all times.
3. No commercial photography/filming is permitted without prior approval.
4. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
5. You must be considerate of those around you. Note that obscene language and swearing will not be tolerated.
6. You must follow all signs and instructions. You must adhere to and follow all directions and regulations displayed.
7. Vehicles will be required to leave the grounds if a vehicle is found driving recklessly or dangerously and/or the driver is not adhering to directions.
8. Operators have the right to refuse or terminate entry, without a refund, for any reason.
9. No refunds on any tickets once entering Willinga Park, unless otherwise specified.

Payments, General Cancellation Rules and Refund Policy
1. We accept payment by credit card , Paypal and Google Pay.
2. You agree that any additional costs, charges or expenses you incur or for which you are or may become liable during your attendance at Willinga Park may be applied to the credit card supplied for your entry fees and accommodation.
3. Cancellations must be notified by email to horses@willinga.com.au and will be effective from the date of receipt of the notification. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Where a cancellation has been notified prior to midnight, 7 days before the Event Date, we will refund 100% of the Venue Rate and charges for any Additional Requirements you have paid, less a processing fee (GST inclusive).
3. No refund will be provided for cancellations notified after midnight, 7 days prior to the Event Date.
4. All refunds will be made using the same method you used to make the original payment.
5. Where a transaction fee has been applied to your payment, in the event of cancellation, that transaction fee is non-refundable.
7. We will make refunds within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
8. Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Media
1 By participating in the competition and attending Willinga Park, you:
(a) acknowledge and agree that you and your activities may be recorded in writing, videoed and photographed, broadcast or narrowcast and stored or reproduced on a range of electronic media by Willinga Park personnel, companies associated with Willinga Park and accredited third party media organisations (collectively, Media Organisations); and
(b) consent to the Media Organisations publishing your results and using your name, image and voice in any form of media, for an unlimited period and for the purposes in paragraph 1 above, without any payment or compensation.
2 You agree that the Media Organisations, for an indefinite period, and unless otherwise advised, may use, store or sell video footage, audio and images of you in the competition and at Willinga Park generally for any commercial, educational, promotional and marketing purposes associated with equestrian sport and the Willinga Park facility.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
