1. When booking, one ticket will be issued per table in the name of the person making the booking
2. The dress code for this event is Cocktail Attire. Dress in your race day best!
3. The 2024 Melbourne Cup race will be shown live on big screens during this event.
4. Table allocation will be assigned by the club, to best meet capacity. Table location requests, whilst considered, are unable to be guaranteed.
4. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the event will incur a 50% fee. Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of this event.
5. All member priced tickets will be verified. Tickets purchased under membership pricing, must be made by current St George Sailing Club Members, or be a club member by the event date. Bookings made falsely under member pricing, will be required to make additional payment.
