Ticket Purchase: All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded if you are unable to attend.

Event Access: This event is fully catered and will be held at Pacific Sun Friends. Please ensure you are aware of the venue’s facilities and access conditions.

Code of Conduct: This is a naturist event. All participants are expected to respect others' privacy and conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Liability: The Queensland Naturist Association is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

Weather Conditions: The event will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. In the unlikely event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Queensland Naturist Association reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Refunds will only be processed on cancellation of the event by The Queensland Naturist Association Committee minus the booking fee.

Photography: To protect the privacy of all attendees, photography is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized by the event organizers.
