Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for 100% of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days but more than 2 weeks before the event will be eligible for 50% of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact the "Event Organiser" if a cancellation is required at this time.
