1. You are 18+ years old.
2. The ticket you book is for yourself, and understand that your ticket covers one person , and you have the appropriate forum privileges to buy it.
3. Refunds - general admission: Tickets can receive a refund of the original purchase value (except $22 admin fee and any Trybooking fees). Refund requests must be made on or prior to the event date, via TryBooking. Refunds are issued within 14 business days. We do not do ticket exchanges unless the change is instigated by Luscious.
Concessions: 25% Reduced pricing apply to people on a pension or health care cards. Permanent concessions attract a one time evidence requirement. Timed concessions require yearly updates. Please reach out to info@luscious.club for a code. Concession tickets can be refunded fully except a $15 admin fee and any TryBooking fees. Refund requests must be on or prior to the event date
4. You will not reveal the names or any other personal details of any person in the events to any non-members.
5. You will not reveal any sensitive and or protected information of any person in our forum and events to any other member without their consent, such as details about their body configuration, health status, pregnancy status, and the acts they participated in with you that was shared in a private or sensitive context.
6. You have no reason to believe you are likely to fall into an altered state of consciousness (such as extremely strong moods, psychosis, derealisation, numbness, trauma response) where you would be unable to communicate and look after yourself.
7. To the best of your knowledge, when you arrive at the party you are free from communicable diseases and you are free from cold and flu symptoms. While we understand this to be unfortunate, we invite you to share the responsibility around keeping everyone safe by not exposing them to risk, abstaining from attending and absorbing this cost.
8. You are able to take responsibility for saying ‘no’ to any activity, experience, or exchange that is not right for you. You will put your knowledge of your body and your psychology ahead of anything you are asked or suggested to do, particularly if the workshop includes sexual content.
9. You have free will, and you can leave the event at any time. You will let the facilitator/s know that you are leaving.
10. You can understand complex information given in English.
11. You will not use any recording equipment during the events.
12. You will not bring any prohibited or dangerous substances or weapons.
13. You commit to bring what us required for each event, such as photo IDs for the Luscious Connections Workshop, and a Towel for the Luscious Party.
14. You agree to the terms and conditions and you commit to adhere to our code of conduct. You understand that a breach or an intentional challenge brought by you may result in your attendance or stay to be denied without a refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
