By purchasing a ticket you agree to grant the WFDF 2024 World Team Disc Golf Championship (WTDGC24) organisers and their staff, contractors, volunteers and other assigns the right to take photographs of you for promotional and marketing purposes; to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. You purchase is taken as agreement that WTDGC24 may use such photographs of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Cancellations:

As we need to preorder items for VIP tickets, we have some conditions around ticket sales.

Cancellations of any VIP tickets within 7 days of the booking date will incur a cancellation fee to the value of 100% of the price of the cancelled ticket(s).
Cancellations of any VIP tickets between 7 and 14 days of the booking date will incur a cancellation fee to the value of 50% of the price of the cancelled ticket(s).
Cancellations of any VIP tickets 14 days or more prior to the booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket price to cover administration costs.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
