Terms and Condition of Participatiion
Registration as Player or Team Official
I hereby give permission for my child or myself or members of my immediate family (the Participants) to participate in sporting events with the Toorak Prahran Cricket TPCC either as a TPCC Official or player or spectator.
I agree to indemnify the Toorak Prahran Cricket TPCC (TPCC), it's officials and servants from and against any claims or demands whatsoever in respect of any illness or injury which might befall my child or myself during his/her participation in activities conducted by TPCC. Such activities include but are not limited to cricket training and matches, netball, AFL and soccer camps including the transport of my child to and from such activities. Furthermore I authorize TPCC in the event of illness or injury to my child or myself, if I are unable to be contacted to obtain medical, hospital or similar assistance deemed necessary by the TPCC and I will accept full responsibility for all costs associated with such assistance.
I agree that TPCC does not reimburse persons who incur damage to their property during the course of activities organised by TPCC such as training, sporting camps, social events or matches.
By hereby registering my child for the TPCC sporting events, I/we:
• hereby give permission for the TPCC to use the name and images of my child in the end of year report, yearbook, results, team photo's, press releases, TPCC newsletters and on official websites or any other use deemed suitable by TPCC.
• agree to comply with the code of conduct and agree to comply with any lawful direction of a TPCC official - if the parent or child do not comply with these directions, then they may be excluded from the event at the sole discretion of the TPCC with no refund of registration monies
• accept that it is the parent and players responsibility to wear protective sporting equipment including helmets and box protectors
I also agree that there is no obligation for the TPCC to refund any registration monies if the player is unable to attend or it is raining or matches or training is cancelled for any other reason.

By registering our child or myself with TPCC we accept that the benefits under the player injury cover are minimal and time consuming to obtain – we assume that there is no player injury compensation available from JLT Sport or Toorak Prahran Cricket TPCC. We accept sole responsibility for all aspects of making claims for arising from personal injury.
I/we agree to be bound by any Codes of Behaviour and policies of Toorak Prahran CC and any association in which TPCC registers teams for the time being in force, including Australian Cricket’s ‘Looking After Our Kids’ Code of Behaviour for Affiliated Associations and TPCCs.
I acknowledge that it is in the sole discretion of the TPCC Committee to accept this registration as a player or TPCC Official or as a member of TPCC as determined under clause 11 of TPCC constitution.
Persons who do not register for TPCC interclub cricket teams are registered as Guests (refer cl 13 (4) of the TPCC Constitution - this includes persons who register for junior and master blaster, cricket camps and other non-team based cricket programs)
I acknowledge that the TPCC has the right to take any necessary disciplinary actions including the suspension and banning where warranted of any players, parents, TPCC Officials and/or spectators for repeated or serious breaches of the TPCC’s Policies.
TPCC Policies
I/we agree to be bound by all TPCC policies (current at the date of registration and subsequently created during th period of membership) and acknowledge that the TPCC policies may be amended from time to time by the committee of the TPCC and that I agree to be bound by such amendments as long as my child or myself am a parent of a player or TPCC Official. TPCC officials include the following but not limited to:
a) Masterblaster coach
b) Junior blaster coach
c) Team manager
d) Umpires in matches which include players u/18 years old
e) Junior coach
f) Senior coach
g) Cricket camp coach
h) Committee member
i) Training coaching

I agree that I will only fulfil the role of a TPCC Official is I have a current Victorian Working with Children certificate.
Child Protection Policies
I have read, understood and agree to comply with the relevant Australian Cricket Member Protection Policy, Australian Cricket’s Policy for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Australian Cricket’s Looking After Our Kids Code of Behaviour.
I understand my responsibilities in relation to ensuring and promoting the safety of Children and Young People.
I do not have any criminal charge pending before the courts.
I do not have any criminal convictions or findings of guilt for a Sexual Offence, offences related to Children and Young People or acts of violence.
I have not had any disciplinary proceedings brought against me by an employer, sporting organisation or similar body involving Prohibited Conduct or other inappropriate conduct such as Grooming, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Offence or acts of violence.
To my knowledge, there is no other matter that Australian Cricket or the Affiliated Associations and TPCC’s may consider to constitute a risk to its Australian Cricket Personnel, Cricket Participants, Australian Cricket Players, Children and Young People or reputation of Australian Cricket or the Affiliated Associations and TPCCs by engaging me.
I will notify the President of Toorak Prahran Cricket TPCC engaging me immediately upon becoming aware that any matter set out above has changed.
